.due to the tsunami on december 26, geologists deduced that ice bergs have melted or so causing water levels to rise which results in total submerging of low land islands. Further more, the axis of the earth are said to have been shifted by a little which resulted in the temperature of Singapore to rise higher, due to it's location being shifted nearer to the equator.
